Ex-government employee and whistle blower Douglas Milton plans to reveal matters of international security at a forthcoming world conference. He has had a dream in which he foresees his own death, and so he hires Jeff and Jeannie as his security. In the event there are several groups out to kill him but they end up killing each other instead. Meanwhile Marty perfects a means of literally raising the wind.
